I'm just only on 3rd chapter, even though i hate pre-WW2 stuff (and actually WW2 itself as it has done MUCH bad things to my family) except WW1 time - ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I LOVE THIS GAME! I didn't listen to anyfag and bought this game for 25$ with that Made man DLC or something. I've heard A lot of bad things about this game. Being a poor Italian immigrant certainly didn't help. I think developers said that Vito was emotionally flattened by the war. I think I kind of like it, because I usually play Space Jesus in Mass Effect and spare my enemies out of the kindness of my heart. Vito being as brutal as he is came as bit of a shock to me, being used to making my own choices (Mass Effect fan up in this bitch) and all. What I did like about this game is your main character tends not to try and take the more legal or peaceful route around things( Idfk how to explain it), say in some games, the main character will be a bit smarter about getting revenge on something, whereas in this, Vito went all for wiping out his enemies. But I still love the game, and I'll have to get the DLC at some point.

I'd say it's definitely worth the $40, (I my pound sign doesnt work on this keyboard) and if you have the money to spare, go for it, otherwise, wait until it drops a bit, for most of the reasons people have mentioned here.

So damn true, though I do tend to play over a few of my favorite missions sometimes, but I end up halfway through a stupidly long drive and either turn it off or go on a rampage. Heck, replay value is lower considering the really heavy story focus (lengthy cutscenes, long drives). Long story short, wait for the price to drop then get it.Įven if you don't play five hours a day the game and storylength is pretty damn short. I've heard nothing but bad things about the end though.

I got the game a week ago and the story is great so far and I'm on the chapter "Exit the Dragon" (12 or 14, I forget), so I don't get where the comments about the game being short are coming from, but then again I don't play the game for five hours a day. Personally, I think it's well worth the €35 I payed for it (this will include pirated/modded DLC once I finish the story) but £40 is almost €50 which is a bit steep considering you'll probably want to get the DLC later on. The game doesn't really give you £40 worth of gameplay, unless you find the story to be superb and enjoy just roaming around the city without any task at hand. Together, they will work to prove themselves to the Mob as they try to make their names on the streets of a cold and unforgiving city.I played the demo and I thought it was very fun and was definetly going to get it but then I read on most the comments about it on here, that its not so good and not worth spending your money?
